Collector Program Terms

The inaugural collection

The inaugural Black Hollow collection consists of twelve distinct monthly Artifact Cards beginning with August 2026, Artifact No. 001, and concluding with July 2027, Artifact No. 012.

How a card is verified

Each eligible card is accompanied by a unique one-time claim code. A claim counts after the code is accepted and recorded to a valid email address. Collectors should use the same email for all twelve claims. Duplicate cards from one month count only once. The physical cards do not currently need to be retained after successful registration.

The collector reward

A collector who verifies one valid claim from each of the twelve distinct monthly releases is eligible to redeem one exclusive Black Hollow collector chess set free of charge. The set will not be offered through the standard public product line. One reward is available per eligible collector account.

Shipping and fulfillment

The chess set itself is free. Supported shipping regions, any shipping charges, address-confirmation requirements, production timing, and the final redemption process will be communicated before redemption opens.

Claim integrity

A code may be claimed only once. Invalid, duplicated, fabricated, automated, or fraudulently acquired claims may be rejected. If misuse becomes material, The Creaky Coffin Workshop may introduce additional verification for future claims while honoring previously accepted valid claims.

No cash value

Artifact Cards, claim codes, and the collector reward have no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for store credit.
