Collector notes
What counts toward the twelve-card collection?
Twelve distinct official monthly Black Hollow Artifact Cards count toward completion. Duplicate cards from the same month count once. Each card contains a unique one-time claim code. Register one valid code from each monthly release using the same email address. You do not currently need to retain the physical cards after registration.
Is the exclusive chess set sold in the shop?
No. The Black Hollow collector set is reserved for completed, verified Archive collections and will not be part of the standard public product line. Eligible collectors receive the set free.
Why should I register my email?
Registration records your participation, provides advance notice of each monthly release, and ensures you receive verification and redemption instructions when your Archive is complete.
Can I acquire a missing Artifact Card from another collector?
The Archive recognizes the first valid claimant, not the original purchaser. You are welcome to trade, barter, or otherwise procure a missing artifact by any lawful means necessary. Before striking a bargain, use the code checker above to ensure its unique claim code remains unregistered. Once a code has been recorded, that card cannot advance a second collection.
I've collected all twelve Artifact Cards. What happens next?
When your twelfth distinct claim code is registered, the Archive will mark your collection as complete. The Creaky Coffin Workshop will contact you using the email connected to your collector record with instructions for redeeming your free exclusive Black Hollow chess set, confirming your shipping information, and reviewing the expected production timeline. No additional request is required. Use the same email address for all twelve artifacts and watch for a message from the Archive.
One free set is available per collector account after twelve distinct monthly claims are verified. The set itself is free; final shipping regions, costs, fraud protections, and redemption logistics will be published before redemptions open. Invalid, duplicated, automated, or fabricated claims may be rejected.
